Meet your therapist
I'm a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in public service and mental health. My clinical experience includes working with Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, Veterans Health Administration, and the Defense Health Agency.
Before becoming a therapist, I served in both the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Army, including two combat deployments. I later earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California as an Honor Graduate with a concentration in Mental Health. My undergraduate degree is in History, with a focus on the relationship between racism and public policy.
In my ten years of practice, I’ve been fueled by an endless curiosity about people, their stories, and their choices. My clinical interests include identity and life transitions, high-functioning anxiety, and psychological flexibility. I work especially well with thoughtful, established adults, including professionals, executives, women in transition, and military members and veterans.
When I’m not in the office, you can find me at a museum or hiking trail, working on one of several overly ambitious writing projects, hanging out with my very opinionated senior cat, or contemplating the void.
